Innovation in Motion
I do two things, and I do both of them myself. I guide kayak tours on the Hillsborough River, in downtown Tampa and up at Crystal River. One guide, small trips, water I have paddled for years. And I mentor developers one-to-one over Zoom: debugging, architecture, and the parts of this job the tutorials stop short of.
They sound unrelated. They are the same thing. Somebody is stuck, and an hour with a person who has done it before is worth more than another week of reading.
